— Brendan Demmy (@brendandemmy) June 24, 2015 It is not known whether T-Mobile pushed a carrier update, which could be the reason behind “blue screen” problem. On speaking to a T-Mobile’s staff, a Reddit user was told that it might have occurred due to a memory issue. Most of the people were able to lessen the issue by performing a hard reset on their device. Some of the customers were told by T-Mobile to delete old text messages and set up a factory reset using iTunes. While some of the Engadget’s readers found a workaround for the issue by disabling Voice over LTE (VoLTE) and LTE, while a Reddit user, hello2you resolved the problem by deactivating the WiFi calling feature and then activating it again after a few minutes. This is not the first instance that iPhones have been affected by the “blue screen of death.” A couple years ago it was reported that users of the iPhone 5s while working on the free Apple iWork apps were facing “blue screen” problems. Multitasking between apps back then had also caused the “blue screen” problem. One just hopes that T-Mobile is able to fix this problem as soon as possible.
