The accused, Lawrence Welch, 29, has been charged with attaching an electronic tracking device to his girlfriend’s vehicle, according to an arrest affidavit. The yesteryears king of mobile phones, Nokia filed a lawsuit against Apple Inc. on Wednesday in Germany and the U.S. for patent infringement over intellectual property used in the iPhone and other Apple products.
